The leaving.
Suburb, snow-bound desert, eternal pain & grief in
Human`s eyes. How can Christ
leave this world, if any Protestant knows, that He had
loved us so much,
that got a death on the cross for our salvation? "So,
guys, before
put your full nature on the film, read the Bible,
please.
You see, the deal is your ideas contradict all
christian doctrines. Jesus Christ
is here, He hadn`t left us, & will never leave, life
is wonderful, and
what about you - you are complete fools. Because you
make unright cinema,
instead of лить waterfalls of happy tears on the
screen. Ha! God is
leaving! Ne-ver! Hm, we & God know it exactly!"
Yes, He would really never leave us. Just... If we
turn Him out ourselves.
And we do! He is - with us, and we are... with who?
With He? But so, why
here are more & more violence, loneliness,
indidifirence, tears (not
happy, as it`s advised) in this world? Why does our
life becames more
difficult every day? Ha, we are too blessed, and so do
more & more evil.
Maybe, it is high time to stop talking "Art is sin", &
instead of it
look at reality, sweet boys & girls, and with a great
attention.
We are the generation of runaways, grown by obsolote
methods. Isn`t
it strange to suppose, that when we come to God, we
became the other people,
automatically? No, we can`t change at minute that had
been formed for
years. What a bigots we are, if we can affirm, that we
are with
Christ! And these people, "brothers & sisters", that
potter about. Disturb! One
needs money, and not only 0,5$. Other one asks to help
for housekeeping,
taking away from devout thoughts. And some of they, I
mean these
people, don`t want no hear, nor respect, nor know us
at all.
Of course, we are educated & clever, & know, that we
have to love our
enemies. Ah, we can`t. Interested, why? And any day.
Seems to me,
I know, what`s the case. The reason is people surround
us. If they, bastards,
weren`t near, we had been already become the saints!
But each man is made
by God`s similarity. I mean, there`s a portrayal of
Christ in every one.
In every man, that we don`t want to know. "I knock at
every door", said Christ, but
not every door is
opened for Him. And so, He stays alone, in the suburb
of a large city,
where is no place for Him, looks at us and grieve.
Because He is not be able to change anything before the
citizens call Him.
A free will - is an original gift, given to mankind.
But everyone desides
himself how to use it. Christ never saves forcely.
Yes, He will never
leave us, but also He will not break into our hearts,
using the set of
skeleton-keys. He had come. He had been knocking in
the doors for a long time.
Did anybody open? No, & so He walked in the snow-bound
desert, on the
garbage camp, because nobody will turn Him out of
there. He had been
turning out for ages, He is been tutned out now.
It may happen any day, He`ll has to leave us not in
experience
film, but in reality, because there won`t be real
christians in the world.
And there will be the end of time, that we are all
affraid of. So maybe we will
better stop hunting for еheresy, and try to became
little kind, mersy,
tolerant & attentive to each other, even to heretics и
atheists.
"Theologic" fighting on the level "fool-fool youself"
won`t lead to
something good. Because they are the deal of ignorant
in theology
people, which are able not to explain what`s the case,
but compromise
Christianity in opponent`s eyes. So I offer to
consider "The leaving" a
possible metaphor, & with all our will try not to
realise it.

About a some cinematographic miracle.
Remember, what do you tell somebody about a just reviewed film? Usually you retell a plot, talk over the actors; maybe you are delighted with special effects, ets... But a strange sensation leaves which can't be told over the mouth. This feeling bears inside you and, at last, determines your attitude to a film.
I'm gonna tell to spite those dismal scientists who suppose that a cool mind is only source of all man's senses - this isn't how matters stand. For instance, even a macaco doesn't herself out of a pleasure to see a cinematograph. And she has not a big brain but she usually enjoys. Why ? I think, there is anything which exists besides a plot, actors, special effects. Or rather, it isn't a habitual perception of these conceptions. I call this "anything" - "a screen emanation" (S.E.). And it isn't my gibberish, but it is reality. More-over, this process can be measured. True, few men who can make it must have a peculiar inner energy for it. Unfortunately, I haven't this one. But I had saw one day this delightful fairy - play with attractive wizard in main role. I was bewitched...
So the S.E. determines a main impression of a film. Sometimes, the film may be blameless from point of view of the directing and other things but leaving a cinematheater you feel yourself like a wet hen. You sick and tired without, it seems to you, real reasons for it. But if you can know value of S.E., you'll know with interest that it is negative. It's possible to make a scale for a S.E.- meter but, I think, it doesn't matter. It is enough to know that this value may be positive and negative.
If it is positive we feel a weird lightness and fantastic ecstasy even if some film is a muck in all another parameters. These films are very useful in therapy of madnesses, psychopathies, hydrophobias (they say...) and same troubles. So if you are psycho or even drunkard you can be cured straight at a cinema!
What did I make this article for ? I don't know. But this aspect of cinematographic miracles needed in explanation.
By the way, Frolov's films have a positive S.E. energy. It's wonderful, isn't it ?
